The all in plan.  The only plan.  I can only do this by being 100% involved in your journey.  This is  where I get down and dirty with your training.  I will have my hands in all of it!  
You will receive: 
  • Support and mentoring for every aspect of your journey 
  • Customized weekly training plan that fits YOUR lifestyle schedule and fitness goals.
  • Weekly workout analysis of your training through the use of heart rate, and power meter (required for all IM athletes)
  • Accountability! Being accountable to your coach equals more workouts completed and higher performance levels.
  • Initial consultation meeting(s) to discuss your background and goals.
  • Movement assessment for strength conditioning and strength training plan
  • Unlimited interactions and questions with your coach via email, phone and training application (Training Peaks).
  • TrainingPeaks Premium on-line training plan account to receive your workouts and journal results/data to your coach.
  • Race selection and season planning assistance from your coach.
  • Race day preparation and race goals planning discussions.
  • Post race reviews with your coach that include suggestions for further optimization in future races.
  • Fast support on issues such as strained muscles, nutrition issues, etc.
  • Remarks about workout comments usually within 24 hours or sooner.
